Melinda is the Founder and Creative Director, of She Who Grinds. She Who Grinds came to life on November 6, 2017. Melinda began assisting her millennial peers with their professional goals 5 years ago, before She Who Grinds came to life! She Who Grinds is a digital workspace and platform, with an innovative approach for connecting young professionals, seeking lucrative 9-5 careers.
Melinda quickly became the “go-to” person, people wanted to work with, by assisting others with landing and navigating the perfect 9-5 career of their dreams! Melinda holds a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Drexel University.
Melinda considers herself a feminine leader in the workplace, and has a professional background in Information Science and Librarianship. Other talents include beauty blogging, freelance writing, and career coaching. Melinda has become an authoritative voice and resource, when it comes to assisting others with creating and building happy career homes!
