What is She Who Grinds? - She Who Grinds was founded and created by Melinda Wheeler on November 6, 2017, which is a digital workspace, designed for Millennial Women in mind. We assist with helping people further advance their career and to explore education and career options.
What type of Services Do You Provide? - We offer resume, cover letter, and other writing services, in addition to Career Consultations. Services are not limited to the options previously listed or on our booking page. If you have a special (or professional) project, writing service, or require a different type of career/educational-based service, please fill out our Contact Form, or shoot us an e-mail at contact@shewhogrinds.com.
Do You Only Work with Women and Millennials? - Our clients are women and men, ranging in various different age groups however, She Who Grinds was created with the intent to service Millennial women, which is are largest population of clientele. We love working with everyone, while building happy career homes for all!
Who are Your Clients? - Majority of our clients are based locally however, we are more than happy to work with remote clients as well. Most of our clients are students and entry-level professionals. We also have experience working with medium-high level professionals.
What are Your Stats? - August of 2020, we have worked with roughly about 25-30 individuals, mostly involving Resume and Cover Letter assistance.
What is Your Writing Style? / Do You Have Samples of Your Work? - Only Available Upon Request, to protect the privacy of my clients and my intellectual property rights. My writing style is very professional and tailored towards entry-level professional job-seekers. I also keep up-to-date with the common algorithm and terminology used by a Human Resources department and hiring managers/
What is the Turn-Around-Time for Services? - Depending on the project or service, roughly 2-7 business days. Special accommodations can be made for rushed services, subjected to a moderate additional fee. More detailed descriptions and instructions, can always be found on our booking + services page.
How do I Submit a Payment for Services? - Payments for services are rendered at the time of booking on our booking page. We accept PayPal for all purchased services.
How Do I Receive my Documents, Once Services are Completed? - All final documents are uploaded via Dropbox, and by e-mail at the request of the client.
How Do I Contact You? - All communication for remote clients are made via e-mail and Slack. Different instructions apply for local clients.
Do You Offer Refunds on Services? - No. We do not offer refunds however, please visit our Booking + Services page to read our Terms + Conditions, and Privacy Statement. If there are any errors made on our end, we will correct and make the revisions free of charge. We take time and pride ourselves in our craft, which is writing and career coaching therefore, we simply cannot offer a full refund on services.
Payment Receipt of Services + Data Collection - A PDF copy of any form submitted from our booking page is always e-mailed to the Client, as an acknowledgement of data submitted and serves as an receipt of services.
Pricing & Services - Prices and Services are subjected to change on our website and booking page. Current and past clients, are always informed of new changes and updates.
